Delete your account & data

This page is for Rokinu: Cosmic Adventure by MAGICPIXEL STUDIO MChJ (uz.magicpixel.rokinu).

Delete inside the game

1. Open Rokinu and sign in to the cloud account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings and choose Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation and confirm deletion. You may need to sign in again to verify that you own the account.

The deletion flow removes the cloud player save (including progress, score, coins, skins and saved preferences) and the Firebase authentication account. Local progress can be removed separately by clearing the game’s storage or uninstalling it.

Request deletion without the app

Email zakirovs080@gmail.com with the subject “Rokinu account deletion”. Identify the account using the sign-in email or player ID. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting data. Never send your password, payment-card information or a one-time sign-in code.

You may also request deletion of your cloud save without deleting the account; specify that in your message.

What is not deleted

This does not delete your Google or Google Play Games account. Google may retain transaction, advertising, security and legally required records under its own policies. Deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription or refund a purchase; manage those in Google Play.

Players using local-only mode have no Rokinu cloud account to delete. Clear the app’s storage or uninstall it to remove local data.
