Delete your game data
This page applies to Football Legend Duel by MAGICPIXEL STUDIO MChJ (Android: com.komzak.footballlegendduel; iOS: com.komzak.footballlegendduel.FootballLegendDuel).
The game uses a local guest profile; it does not offer account registration or cloud progress storage. You can remove your local player profile and progress directly on your Android or iOS device.
1. Delete local progress and your guest profile
Open Android Settings → Apps → Football Legend Duel → Storage & cache → Clear storage / Clear data. Labels vary by device. You can also uninstall the game. Coins, abilities, skins, daily rewards, settings and your local player ID are removed. This cannot be undone. Starting again creates a new guest profile.
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → General → iPhone/iPad Storage → Football Legend Duel → Delete App. Use Delete App, not Offload App, to remove local data. Device backups are controlled by your Apple settings; restoring an earlier backup may restore earlier game preferences.
2. Stop optional reporting and reminders
On Android, in the game’s Settings, turn off crash reporting and daily gift reminders. Disabling crash reporting also removes unsent crash reports. Previously transmitted reports follow Firebase retention; turning off reporting does not recall them. Use “Privacy options” in Settings when available to change advertising choices, and Android’s advertising privacy settings for device advertising-ID controls.
iOS does not include Firebase Crashlytics or daily reminders. Where available, use the in-game Privacy options button to revisit advertising choices.
3. Request deletion or ask for help
Email support@magicpixel.uz with the subject Football Legend Duel — data deletion. Describe the data you want removed. Include your game player ID if the request concerns a game session or weekly championship, or the email address used for a previous support conversation. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
If no email app opens, copy the address into your preferred email service. We review requests and explain what can be identified and deleted; legally required records or security evidence may need to be retained.
What remains and for how long?
If you joined a weekly championship, uninstalling does not immediately remove the server standings. Request deletion using your player ID before uninstalling. Only the current UTC week is retained; prior-week records are replaced within one hour while the server is running, or on restart. Public standings contain club names and results, not player IDs.
Player reports retain both player IDs, the rival club name, reason and time for up to 31 days. Confirmed restriction IDs remain until lifted; contact support to appeal or request deletion. Local blocked IDs and your age group are removed with app storage. Online match profiles are held in memory during an active session and removed when it ends. We do not keep a permanent guest-account database. Game-container diagnostic logs rotate at two files of up to 5 MB each and may contain connection metadata. Reverse-proxy error logs have no automatic time-based expiry; contact support about identifiable records retained there. On Android, Google Crashlytics retains crash traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal. We do not attach your game ID to Crashlytics, so it cannot be used to locate a crash report. Advertising-provider data is controlled by Google’s privacy and retention processes. See the privacy policy for details and provider links.
Google Play Games (Android 1.1.1 and later)
You can delete Google-managed data for this game or your Play Games profile through your Play Games profile or Google Account controls. Play Games authentication is optional for gameplay. We do not store its player ID on our multiplayer server. Removing Google data does not clear local progress or guest weekly records; use the separate options above for those.
